We'll help you develop your style and visualize how you will use the space. We pay meticulous attention to the details, everything visible and invisible that will ensure a space that is both beautiful and functional.
3. Request Permits
We're experts in designing projects that align with the city's standards for historic neighborhoods. We have a long history of working with the city to gain COA approval and achieving appropriate permits for projects in historic overlays and non-historic overlays.

Building a new room or home is a significant investment, and it's worth getting right the first time.
4. Schedule
We will set a work schedule and keep you informed of progress with our weekly workflow.
5. Work
